Founder of Mindful in May
Elise Bialylew is a medical doctor and wellness innovator, who has combined her passion for community, with her professional expertise in the field of psychiatry, coaching and mindfulness to create Mindful in May. She is a student and facilitator of mindfulness meditation, having attended retreats and seminars with leading teachers in the field, including Jon Kabat-Zinn, Dr. Daniel Siegel, Alan Wallace, Ekhart Tolle, and Gregory Kramer. She is passionate about using technology and social media to create conscious communities that can collectively make positive change in the world. Creativity is an integral part of what supports her life and work and she thrives on bringing ideas to life and creating bridges between people and organizations to support their highest creative potential. Community Activator and social media strategy
Jenny Kirschner is a clinical pharmacist who is passionate about empowering people. She studied health coaching as a way to motivate individuals towards greater self-awareness. She advocates mindfulness to her customers and patients, encouraging them to bring more kindness and connection into their lives. She has worked as a project manager in a hospital setting and is now involved in project management for a variety of social change initiatives. Collaboration and social media strategy play a large role in the work she does within these projects. This year she brings her dynamism and creativity to igniting community events in Sydney and helping to grow the Mindful in May community. She thrives on facilitating people and organisations in bringing their ideas to life.
Andrew is the founder of Boxless (www.boxless.com.au), a modern IT consultancy that helps organisations work in the cloud. Andrew implements cloud-based email and document management systems for businesses, schools and non-profits. In 2012 Andrew started practising mindful meditation and yoga. He finds them extremely beneficial for his physical and mental health.

Sarah Hunt (www.gotosarah.com) transforms media and communications strategies for organisations with big visions for our future. Sarah’s background in cross-cultural projects means she is uniquely placed to achieve communication goals in various international markets. She regularly delivers high impact strategies, campaigns and documents that draw on the latest global digital trends, while supporting her clients to communicate their visions of a better world.
Meegan is a marketing officer and freelance writer with a passion for social media. Based in Brisbane, Meegan has experience in a variety of different professional environments and a strong personal interest in the benefits of mindfulness meditation. She currently works in marketing and communications for a nonprofit arts organisation and loves the sense of collaboration and community that comes with working as a part of a small, creative group such as the Mindful In May team.

Caroline established Koi Communications (www.koicommunications.com.au) out of a desire to help businesses achieve their dreams through creative marketing and communications practices, whilst remaining socially aware. Her unique approach combines conscious marketing practices with strategic solutions to ensure you are connecting and collaborating with your ideal client and fostering a sense of community. When not at work you’ll find Caroline chanting ‘om’ at her local yoga studio, exploring the city with her family, engrossed in a book or planning her next getaway.
