About Mindful in May
Mindful in May is a transformative one month online mindfulness program, run in May each year.  MIM brings together the world’s best meditation teachers, wellbeing experts and neuroscientists to teach you the tools to transform your mind towards greater well-being and happiness – all whilst giving you the chance to transform the lives of others living in poverty through our fundraising initiatives.

When you gift the 2019 Mindful in May online program to a loved one, you'll not only be passing on a transformative training to bring greater emotional intelligence, resilience and compassion into someone's life, you'll also be helping to make the world a better place.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP ONE:

​​​​​​​Purchase your voucher by clicking one of the buttons on this page.
STEP TWO:

​​​You will be emailed a receipt, and a seperate email with a PDF voucher you can present to your friend.
STEP THREE:

​​​​​​​Mindful in May begins on May 1st, but we will email your Voucher Recipient immediately to welcome them to the program.
STEP FOUR:

Your friend will be emailed login details to the Mindful in May platform, and they will be invited to participate in the program, free of charge.
