Who We Are

Led by Dr. Elise Bialylew, Mindful in May is the world’s largest online mindfulness fundraising campaign. The idea behind it is simple: we provide education, tools and support so you can build a sustainable meditation practice to become mentally fit in one month. In addition to our mindfulness fundraising campaign during May each year, we offer online training and coaching. Our mindfulness training provides you with the tools for living with purpose, passion and presence, and we integrate scientifically proven practices, psychology, mindfulness and creativity to support you in learning how to harness the power of your mind for better living. From our beginners course, to our 6-week intermediate course, and our ongoing mindful membership, our thriving community of students have used mindfulness to lead a balanced and fulfilled life.
