Practical and Profound
The Happiness Plan weaves together science and spirituality to present an extremely practical discussion of and guide to mindfulness. Full of examples, exercises, tips, and resources, I found Bialylew's writing to be accessible and warm, but also precise and informative.
I think this book is great for those who are new to mindfulness and meditation as well as experienced practitioners. This is a gem of a book, and a great contribution to the body of literature about meditation and mindfulness.
The best guide to being more mindful
I have been trying to learn good meditation tactics as wells the importance of doing so for years. The Happiness Plan accomplished both goals for me. Its one of those books where you immediately want to share everything you learn from it.
