Mindful Musings: What I’m loving

In the Mindful Musings series, Dr Elise Bialylew reflects upon what she is loving..

I’m looking forward to a few weeks off with my family after a busy May period. I’m hoping to catch up on some reading and podcasts too.

I’m also in the process of creating this new transformational online program for those who are feeling called to EVOLVE and need some support and long to be part of a community doing it together.

If you’ve been brewing an idea or know it’s time to finally prioritise making a change, taking a step towards something you’ve been dreaming of for a while, come and explore what the EVOLVE program will look like. If you feel the pull you can register your interest here to be kept in the loop.

Let’s dive in…

What I’m reading…

I’ve been a long time fan of Kevin Kelly, a soulful technologist. His new book Excellent Advice For Living is a wonderful book to flick through at random. His wise advice is worthwhile reading. It makes for a great present too.

What I’m eating…

I’m enjoying making this simple poke bowl at the moment. Healthy, fresh, quick and easy. Sometimes I forget about the easy options. It’s good to be reminded don’t you think? What are you eating? Hit reply and send me any of your inspiring recipes.

What I’m listening to…

I’ve returned to an old favourite – a reflective, wistful album: This is Magnolia. A perfect accompaniment to the cold weather here in Melbourne.

Some inspiring words…

One is never afraid of the unknown; one is afraid of the known coming to an end.

~ Krishnamurti

Warmly,

Elise

"If we wish to be healthy, happy and clear-minded, we need to upgrade our “inner technology”of attention to meet the demands of our increasingly complex world. That's where mindfulness comes in.."
