We’re so excited to be starting the one month Happiness Plan Group Experience!

Get ready to start meditating tomorrow. The event is fully digital, so you can do it from anywhere; all of our meditation prompts will be posted to Instagram at 7 a.m. each day, so be sure to follow here – and why not tag a few friends to join you!

To help you get the most out of this experience, we highly recommend that you read a chapter per day of The Happiness Plan, my one month mindfulness guidebook (a recent #1 bestseller on Amazon!) so that you can thoroughly understand the concepts around each dailly theme. The chapters are short and will take just 5 or 10 minutes to read. If you haven’t already got it, find it here.

Don’t forget, at 2 p.m. each day, we’ll be posting a Photo Challenge on our Instagram page to encourage the community to share their experiences and connect more deeply with the day’s theme, so please join in and use the hashtag #thehappinessplan so we can see your pics!
