To help you get the most out of this experience, we highly recommend that you read a chapter per day of The Happiness Plan, my one month mindfulness guidebook (a recent #1 bestseller on Amazon!) so that you can thoroughly understand the concepts around each dailly theme. The chapters are short and will take just 5 or 10 minutes to read. If you haven’t already got it, find it here.
