Part of the Happiness Plan group experience is reading one chapter of The Happiness Plan, my one-month mindfulness guidebook (a #1 bestseller on Amazon!), per day. This way, you will come to thoroughly understand the concepts around each daily theme. The chapters are short and will take just 5 or 10 minutes to read. If you haven’t already got it, find it here.
