My first retreat offering for you…

You know that feeling…

 

At those times (although probably not often enough!) when you’ve taken the time to prioritise yourself. Maybe it’s been a full day in nature surrounded by comforting bird sounds. Or maybe it’s doing guided meditations and creative reflections?

 

Those moments help you reconnect with yourself in an enriching, enlivening way. You reconnect with the part of yourself that’s been abandoned because of the juggle of family life, work, pursuing your career, or just the never ending “busy” that seems to swallow up your time.

 

I’ve been dreaming about the day I could offer you an in person retreat, but there were a few things holding me up, for example the work of building a global mindfulness campaign, having babies, a pandemic, lockdowns and homeschooling…

 

But… the time is right and I’d LOVE you to join me for a special day, curated for your complete nourishment and restoration.

 

I’m running my first in person day long EVOLVE retreat.

The day will be an opportunity to be guided to drop deeper into meditation and explore mindful journaling, mindful communication and connect with a group of like minded women. You’ll tune into where you are and what is tugging at your heart to be seen and explored.

 

This retreat is for you if:
