We have the inspiring and dynamic Dr Russ Harris, bestselling author of the Happiness Trap, who will introduce some new mindfulness tips for your challenge.
There will be creative inspiration with poet Fleasy Malay, and snacks thanks to Five am yoghurt and Rawsome chocolate.

If you are not joining us, but found it worthwhile last year, the power of your words can make a huge difference this year. Let friends, family and workmates know that the meditation challenge starts on May 1st. As you know from last year, being more mindful and training our attention to be where we want it to be is TRULY A CHALLENGE.
If you want to support MIM but you’re not taking the challenge this year, you can still help bring clean, safe water to those in need by simply DONATING NOW to the cause. Donations will go to Charity Water our designated not for profit organisation.
