Welcome to The Happiness Plan Week Four

We are in week four of The Happiness Plan!

We’re practising the loving-kindness meditation this week which helps you develop a stronger sense of connection towards everyone around you.

Inside this deepened compassion, you’ll discover your relationships becoming easier to navigate.

While we are going to be publishing a short version of this for you to practice on Instagram, the meditation itself involves multiple levels, which you can read about in The Happiness Plan guidebook. If you haven’t already got a copy, it’s available here.

Today’s Photo Challenge

Today our theme is the loving-kindness meditation, and so we are inviting you to post an image of kindness. This might be something you source online or it might be your own image, but what we’d love to see are acts of love taking place somewhere in the world. Remember to hashtag it with #thehappinessplan. We will choose some of your images to post tomorrow in our Insta story!
